With reference to declaration of the result of Civil Service (Main) Examination by UPSC/UPPSC, exclusive Mock Interview cum Training Programme batches for the successful candidates in the main examination are offered for gaining a head start in the race for a coveted career as Civil Servant.

Duration of the Program:

The Program will be for duration of 3 days comprising single of 6 hours duration with breaks. The session are scheduled daily from 10:00 AM to 6: 00 PM.

Prerequisites for the Program:

To extract maximum mileage for Mock Interview cum Training Programme,it is expected that the candidate applying for the programme are well versed with latest Current Affairs/Events, their chosen optional subject, preparatory information about their home town, educational qualification, extra-curricular skills and work experience (if any).


The focal point of the interview as defined by UPSC in its notification is a follow: The candidate will be interviewed by a Board who will have before a record of his/her career. He/she will be asked questions on matters of general interest. The object of the interview is to assess the personal suitability of the candidate for a career in public service by a Board of competent and ubiased observer. The test is intended to judge the mental caliber of candidate. In broad terms this is really an assessment of not only his intellectual qualities but also social traits and his interest in current affairs.

Thus, the interviewers have two major concerns in their mind:

  • • The knowledge aspect of the candidate.

All candidates will be subjected Centre For Ambition to TWO SIMULATED MOCK INTERVIEWS by panel of experts. The said panel comprise of ex-bureaucrats (chair person) and experts drawn from varied backgrounds having in-depth analytical ability, expertise, expertise and role in final selection of students. The object of MITP is to refine candidate’s approach, attitude and aptitude to excel on the D-DAY.
